The corn loaf is made of special Peruvian corn that we make into a dough, no corn meal and no wheat. Within the the two layers of dough, you will find delicious fillings. The top layer will be sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Fully cooked and ready for a delicious meal. This is a gluten sensitive product.
