From the Heart of Peru to Your Table

“Growing up, our home was defined by the aroma of grandmother’s cooking. And mom made sure none of those recipes got lost — she gathered all five of us kids in the kitchen and said, 'pay attention!' We did.”

After years of leading a construction business with his brothers, Chef Gabriel traded the hard hat for a chef's coat and tools for culinary artistry to share those same family traditions with you. Every empanada is a "token of home"—hand-crafted using authentic recipes perfected at Le Cordon Bleu and with one mission:

To feed you the way family feeds family.
